1- |
I have failed to contact you by phone. |
|
During working hours our mobile phones may not be receiving a signal due to our location, but we should pick up any voicemail message you leave us, we shall get back to you as soon as we can - alternatively you can always email us, mail is checked on a daily basis. |
2- |
When Can you do it? |
|
Obviously we can't do it yesterday! We plan all works to fit in with your timetables, however the weather is a major factor in outside work and schedule over runs are possible, though we do everything possible to avoid them were we can. It is better to plan ahead with time to spare, rather than leave projects or maintenance to the 11th hour. |
3-
|
How much will it cost? |
|
How long is a piece of string? Until we have discussed your requirements, drawn up any plans, and agreed which materials you may wish to use, any guesstimates given are just that, guesstimates. Before any works are carried out we will have given you a written estimate, which would still be subject to agreed changes. |
4- |
What materials do you use? |
|
We prefer to use natural materials were possible, thankfully over the last few years the range of available natural materials has increased dramatically, allowing the creative hand far greater scope than it had previously enjoyed. Thankfully, gone are the days when your choice of patio pavers were grey, pink or buff!

| |
We principally use the suppliers to whom we have linked (on the left), though we can and do of course use others where necessary. |
5- |
Which plants, shrubs etc., do you use? |
| |
That's entirely up to you, we can of course advise you which plantings may or may not be suitable for a given location, soil type and so on, or we can make the selections ourselves based on our conversations with you. |
6- |
Are you qualified? |
|
Yes, Gary qualified with a City & Guilds in Horticulture from Brooksby College, Leicestershire, and Colin with far too many years under his belt! |
7- |
Where can I see examples of your previous work? |
|
Here on this site, or if we know in advance some idea of your project, we can bring some appropriate pictures along for you to see. As an alternative we can often arrange to visit a previous project to show you a particular aspect that may look better 'in the flesh' so to speak than in a photograph. |
